Booking & Payments
How do I make a booking with ORIA AVENUE?
You can easily book through WhatsApp. Share your event details, date, location, guest count, and preferred package, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?
Yes, a deposit of AED 500 is required to secure your event date. Once the deposit is received, we’ll confirm your booking and finalize the details through WhatsApp.
Do you accept online payments or cards?
Currently, ORIA AVENUE does not process online payments through the website. All communication and payment instructions are shared directly via WhatsApp for your convenience and safety.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to adjust your date or apply your deposit toward a future booking (subject to availability and our policy).

We specialize in luxury Emirati-style hospitality, offering premium hot and cold beverages, as well as select Emirati desserts, for family gatherings, private events, and small corporate occasions.
Do you provide catering for large events?
Our service is designed for intimate and mid-sized events, allowing us to maintain our high standard of personalized attention. For larger occasions, we can customize solutions upon request.
Do you offer staff for serving and setup?
Yes. Every ORIA AVENUE package includes trained hospitality staff who handle preparation, service, and presentation to ensure a seamless experience.

What kind of food and drinks do you serve?
Our curated menu includes a wide range of hot and cold beverages, from Arabic Coffee and Karak to Pistachio Milkshakes and Rose Lemonade, along with the beloved Luqaimat, a sweet Emirati delicacy.
Can I customize the menu for my event?
Yes. We welcome custom requests. Let us know your preferences when booking on WhatsApp, and our team will help you personalize your selection.
Do you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate dietary requests where possible. Please mention any allergies or preferences in your WhatsApp message so we can adjust accordingly.
